What Is Responsible Gaming?
A few simple principles to keep gaming as entertainment
Online betting and casino gaming is an enjoyable pastime for many people. Without proper control, however, it can become a problem. At k88k, we want every player to stay safe, informed, and happy.
Responsible gaming means playing within your means and your time. The core principles are: not going beyond a budget set for entertainment, not chasing losses with bigger bets, and not making gaming the central part of your life.
The k88k platform has a number of protective tools available to you. On this page you can learn how to set deposit limits, take a break when needed, and where to get help.
Remember: Gaming is entertainment only — it is not a source of income. If you feel gaming is having a negative effect on your daily life or finances, contact support immediately.
Our platform is open only to individuals aged 21 or over. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. Parents and guardians are asked to ensure their children cannot access online gaming sites.
Your Protection Tools
k88k helps you stay in control of your gaming
Deposit Limit
Set a limit on how much you deposit per day, week, or month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a set waiting period, while decreasing it happens instantly.
Time-Out Break
Use the time-out feature if you want to take a temporary break. You can suspend your account for anywhere from 1 day to a few weeks. During this time you will not be able to log in or place bets.
Self-Exclusion
Choose self-exclusion if you need a longer break. When activated, your account is completely closed for the chosen period. You can enable this feature by contacting the support team.
Bet Limit Setting
Decide in advance how much each single bet will be. This reduces the risk of large losses in one session. Smaller bets let you enjoy entertainment longer and keep your account balance going further.
Age Verification
You must be 21 or older to open an account on k88k. We follow a process of verifying identity and age during account verification. If any irregularity is found, the account will be suspended.
24/7 Support
Our support team is always here for any gaming concerns or issues. Chat with us via live chat or email [email protected] — help is available in both Bengali and English.

Safe Gaming Tips
These simple habits will help you stay in control
- Set a budget: Decide how much you will spend before you start gaming. Once that amount is gone, end the session.
- Set a time limit: Decide how long you will play before you start, and stop when the time is up.
- Do not make decisions based on emotion: Avoid gaming when you are feeling down, angry, or frustrated.
- Do not try to chase losses: Accept a loss when it happens — trying to recover losses with bigger bets usually leads to even greater losses.
- Take breaks: Do not play for long stretches without a break. Get up, walk around, drink some water.
- Do not play with other people's money: Never place bets with borrowed money or money set aside for essential needs.
- Stay substance-free: Do not game under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
- Tell someone close to you: Let a family member know you are gaming — this builds a sense of accountability.
