1 General Provisions

k88k provides an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the k88k platform's website, mobile version, and all related services. 3 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to financial transactions on the k88k platform:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
Users must use a payment account registered in their own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
Depositing funds from fraudulent or illegal sources is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
Withdrawal processing time is generally 10 to 45 minutes.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

k88k offers bonuses and promotions to users from time to time. Please read the following conditions carefully before claiming these benefits.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.
Another example: depositing ৳22,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement for the k88k welcome bonus is 20x, applicable only on the bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

A user is eligible for only one welcome bonus.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
k88k reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

The k88k platform offers sports betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and more, as well as multiple gaming categories including slots, fishing games, and live casino. The following rules apply to all users:

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Any winnings paid out incorrectly due to a technical error will be considered void, and k88k reserves the right to reclaim them.
Using multiple accounts, bots or automated software, and any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
k88k reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns and to place payments on hold if necessary.

5.1 System Failure

If a game or bet is affected by a server error, disconnection, or technical issue, k88k will arrange a replay or a refund of the bet amount where applicable. However, claims for winnings from an affected game session may not be accepted.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the k88k platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds:

Opening an account using false or fabricated identity information.
Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or bonus hunting activity.
Sending funds from illegal sources to the platform (money laundering).
Attempting unauthorized access to the system through hacking, cracking, or any other means.
Depositing or withdrawing using third-party payment methods.
Using the platform with the intent to harass or harm other users.

7 VIP Program

The k88k VIP program has five tiers in total. Each tier comes with weekly cashback and other benefits:
